Our Tan 425 paracord has a 425 lb. tensile strength and a 3 strand nylon core. The 425 cord has a smaller diameter than our 550 cord (3mm vs. 4mm) and is perfect for making paracord bracelets with a tighter weave and less bulk.
In addition to making bracelets and other crafts, 425 paracord can also be used for countless survival needs from tourniquets, nets and animal snares to building a shelter, making a fire bow and general use cordage. The inner core strands can even be removed and used as sewing thread or fishing line.
