Shipping policy

 

United States Shipping

Most orders leave our warehouse within 1 business day. UPS and USPS give estimated delivery dates. We try to ship your order as fast as possible to meet those estimates, however sometimes the carriers experience delays. The only service that is guaranteed by the carrier is UPS Next Day Air. If you have a rush, let us know and we'll do everything we can to get your order out quick. We are not able to take responsibility for any carrier delays.

All orders are shipped using delivery confirmation services whenever available by the carrier. The carrier will leave your order at your address even if no one is present to accept delivery. If you need a signature required for your delivery, please make that request in the comments section during checkout. We cannot be responsible for shipments that are missing after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. Certain orders may be shipped with a "signature required" notation at our discretion. For free shipping promotions, we reserve the right to choose the cheapest possible shipping method.

U.S. Military Shipments

We offer free shipping to active-duty U.S. Military personnel on all orders over $25 shipping to APO / FPO / DPO addresses. Military shipments are sent via the US Postal Service and can take 1 to 8 weeks for delivery to the shipping address. Due to the nature of shipping to military destinations, complete tracking information may not be provided by USPS. Large orders weighing over 55 lbs. may not be eligible for free shipping.

APO Checkout Instructions

  1. Include your rank along with your first and last name in the name fields.
  2. Enter your unit information in the address field. Please be as specific as possible.
  3. Choose United States as the shipping country.
  4. Enter APO, FPO or DPO for your city.
  5. Choose Armed Forces (Europe, Pacific, Americas, Africa or Middle East) for your state.
  6. After entering an Armed Forces shipping address, shipping will become free for orders totaling $25.

 

International Shipping

We ship globally to most countries around the world! If shipping options do not show for your country, contact us at support@theparacordstore.com to check availability. When available, we will charge taxes and fees so that your order arrives "Delivery Duty Paid". It is not an option for some countries. You will see the appropriate charges on your order. For Mexico, the shipping cost has a 19% addition to cover taxes and tariffs and your order will arrive with no additional fees. Email with any questions!

Tracking Your Packages

You may receive one or more tracking numbers in the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. The tracking number can be used to check the current status of your package at the appropriate shipping carrier's website listed below.
